Is Love Like a Freudian Nightmare?

I think I've always been completely like, I definitely romanticize like, I was going to say a romanticize love. But I'm so possible men and stuff like I like, I think I've got a problem where I just see them as mythical, amazing creatures that I like are so much smarter and more interesting than me. So what do you think that love or like the love of a man or like the pursuit of like a male love object will do? Because I try and think about this a lot more like, well, what am I chasing?
