Mel was actually saying it's better to self-reflect even if you're less satisfied. He wasn't cashing everything out in terms of, you know, ultimately just in terms of happiness or satisfaction. But that makes it sound like this ability to self- Reflect is a means to the end of ending up more satisfied. That was the claim that I found the debut.
