I remember when I was sitting out with my therapist just processing chronic illness and chronic pain and birdie had some stuff and our son was sick and Elizabeth has some chronic illness stuff. He said you know chronic illness or chronic suffering is a family affair your whole family will be involved with this no matter what your kids your wife you don't get around it. So that was the first note and then on the chronic suffering piece we talked about how do we hold suffering in a way that doesn't destroy us? And so anyway the yeah just to that reminder of like the suffering that we experience within our families like that it's a family affair it's been one of the sweetest things to see
