The only way you can get a case to the supreme court through us is if one of our judges dissents on a panel. A lot of it is educating them what we do, and then why you're the best person for the job. It's hard enough for a traditional state wide candidate, legislative or executive,. At least they can tell you what they're going to do for you or what they're not going to do. You are bound. We just try to fix fixed problems and fix errors.
