The Importance of Context in Chatbot Responses

When a chatbot is dynamically generating a response, it is referencing this huge amount of learning. That learning will guide the content and influence which facts are included or excluded. It's just trying to answer our questions and occasionally having to make stuff up while it does so. So what we get is a sentence that is grammatically correct, that is posted in a way that appears to be trustworthy but it does not necessarily reflect reality.
