The Key Objection From Unsecure Note Holders
The key objection came from an ata group of unsecure note holders who asked the court to terminate the company's exclusivity in order to be allowed to file their own chapter 11 plan alongside om, parallel with the sale process. I say thits a pretty extraordinary move for a first day of the case. A termination of explessivity is not a common remedy to begin with. So we'll sort of see how that proceeds from there.
