How Do You Get Civil Society Organizations?

Militarized parties that are able to execute a revolution can't do anything revolutionary after the fact. On the one hand, you end up with parties with people who are constrained by democracy. And on the other hand, you have people who're constrained by the military. So it becomes a question of which set of limitations do you prefer to live with? Marxism does not want to make nice with that reality during this period.
