Women Deacons in the New Testament

diacinon is usually not viewed as a technical or official term. In fact, this word is more often applied to ministers in the new testament than it is to deacons. It is correctly translated as servant in this passage and something like 29 other times in 27 other verses. Paul seems to go out of his way to indicate that the women here are not deacons in the very next verse.
