How to Use a Vwap Strategy for Intraday Trading
An intraday Vwap starts early in the morning, resets at the end of the day. Then there's an ongoing or as I call it kind of a multi-day Vwap which is essentially a continuation of Vwap over the course of more than one day. And this gives us a more intermediate term benchmark. This is more for swing traders or day traders who are looking at multiple days for context. Tracking these more intermediate term, volume weighted average prices give us the same otherwise hidden support and resistance that we look for with a Vwap.
