FTC is suing Facebook over its acquisition of Instagram and Meta, a social-networking site. FTC Commissioner Edith Ramirez was at the agency when it initiated this investigation. She says you have to be very careful in challenging merger that's been consummated 10 years ago. The case here could serve as a harbinger for where agencies will go in the future, she says.
