Inoe Was the Ringleader of the Imperial Training Temple
Inoe was running an unsanctioned shrine associated with a historical site of nichiren, who was the zen buddhist priest from centuries ago. Inoe believed that things were so bad in japan that normal political activity could not work. He met with imperial military officers from fukoka about how to bed this hot bed for anti-government, extreme wingism and he ended up carrying out incidents on them.
