Protein Is Not the Healthiest Diet
It just kind of looks like he's eating whatever he likes. In plant proteins ar poly bitter than animal proteins. A lot of athletes will just have five protein supplements a day, because that way they don't hav to eat that second dinner or the tubeites at breakfast. But actually what you are doing there is calories matching the energy demand, energy supply to the demand. The other way to do that, of course, is supplementis interesting.
