Good strategy is predictive. Bad strategy is backwards looking saying, oh, company X did this, this is why they do it. Good strategy is about saying, hey, if you fit into this quadrant, this is what we think is going to happen to. So inside maps create an R up being a strategy expert. If you can do this, clients automatically in the back of the head psychologically think, wow, this person knows what they're talking about. I've got to listen to them.
