The goal of this is to build up fatigue, enough tigue throughout the week so that you can induce an adaptation with strength and endurance. So one day you're doing a lower body, the next day you're oing upper body. High intensity work works as a great recovery mechanism for low intensity work. And low intensity work, to some degree, works as agreat recovery mechanism for high intensity work. Then that's why we consolidate the stresses into intense, intense lifting and intense running or riding, and then less intense running, less intense riding and less intense lifting. We really in build resiliente conditioning into our programming as much as possible.
