Stu: Not all runners have good bones. We know running is not a great bone building sport. When you load a bone when you load the skeleton after about 100 loading cycles, those bone cells become deaf in the sense that they see that stimulus and then they start to shut off. And so you can see why distance running where it's pretty unidirectional. You're not changing direction. You're just loading the same part over and over again. So once those bone cells shut down, you're justloading the bone cells. But after about four to six hours, they do, they become responsive again. And you can hear them again with another loading and you can actually generate
