NPC Streaming NPCs in Skyrim

The live feature is being used in a very bizarre and dare I say interesting way by a handful of users. You'll have an individual who is streaming, you know, to users who are watching the stream. And when on first look, it seems as though this person is some sort of glitching robot or like, I don't know, some kind of hologram that is experiencing a technical malfunction. So those little nonsense blurbs that I was spouting off just a few minutes ago? That's basically what it is.
