The demand for graphis cards, as we know, went through the roof because of mining. The hope l is that o this will counteract that, and we may actually see grapis cards arrive on the market again. In certain countries, it will be far more expensive to do this all of a sudden than it will be in other countries. So keep an eye out if you fancy it a cheap upgrade.
