I think what B2C does in my experience just from talking with peers is that they just have more data set, as you said, as well to work with. So if you allow for a length of time to test, what does that customer journey experience like? And you have that larger size of a data set. I do think it's still possible to take this approach even if the volumes are relatively low. You know, it's just taking a more data-based approach to each of the pieces of what you're doing.
