The 42nd method, smile and hello practice. Well these interpersonal exposure techniques are among my favorites. You just tell the shy patient to walk up to at least 10 strangers every day and just smile and say hello. And it's really very, very powerful. 43rd is the David Letterman technique. Now you know this technique changes its name every 10 years. It started out with the original talk show host? Oh yes. Johnny Carson. So who should we call it now? Well we could say Oprah. But even she's getting, you know, yeah. Gee I don't know. We have a new name. Steven Colbert. There you go.
