The Importance of Time Tracking
No matter what stage you're at in business, I recommend that you time track. Not everybody gets excited about time tracking and so it's okay if you don't want to time track all the time. My recommendation is to lease time track, just give me one full accounting cycle. So 30 days, just time track and don't stop. If you do have a team, I highly recommend that you are having your team members do this as well.
