Sally Kohn: I'm really excited about building protocols to get people better at sleeping. One is a protocol that resembles something that your listeners may be familiar with, which is yoga sleep where you lie down. She says it puts people into very deep states of relaxation and can build up dopamine reserves in the brain called the basal ganglia. Kohn: These non sleep deep relaxation states are very powerful for resetting physical capacity and mental capacity.
