MICA is a comprehensive but bespoke regulation framework for crypto, regulates things like exchanges and stablecoins. MICA does set forth quite a bit of regulatory clarity around how crypto companies should be overseen in the EU. There are parallel other pieces of law that are being built around anti-money laundering and KYC that I think are also important to track alongside MICA.
