Interviewing at Companies, What Was the Moment You Decided?
After her second trip to South America she decided that she probably should find a place to live again. She started interviewing at companies and would ask them, is it okay if I come into the office whenever I want as long as I'm getting my work done? "I have sort of this like high degree of flexibility," she says. A lot of companies would not hire me. They were like, what? It's 2015, right? 2015, 2016?"
