The Definition of Homomorphic Encryption

Homomorphic means that you can do operations in two different orders and it doesn't change the result. So we say like that bulletproofs and KZG are additively homomorphic or, you know, people for short will just say homomorphic because it means that if we do these operations in a different order, we'll get the same result.
