I don't think it's any argument as to why the things that are going on in your brains should reflect correctly the outside world. I have no reason to think that it being law-like is any weirder or more surprising than it would be if it were not law-like. It is a true fact about nature that it has patterns in it that obeys laws. And to say, and it's because God did it, in my mind, adds nothing to our understanding of it.
