Growth is about two types of labour, or two types of rolls. You have some rolls where a volume is a factor, and you have some Rolls where volumes not a factor. There's also a choice between ina overhead you have to add because you require more people to serve as a larger business. One of the errors we have been investing in over the course of the last 18 months is our product and technology teams. We see the likelihood of generating value from that investment,. A real return on that investment, actually, all things being equal, increases as you scale the business.
