How to Write a Workflow for the Ulysses App

My workflows have been pretty much set in Ulysses now I'm doing things like you know what what font choice should I have in the editing window or what would I export this into a script that I can read later on. Just be able to keep building like my show notes from a mobile device like that would be awesome and I can't do that because it's not multi play but still I'm very very happy.
