At the time of this deal, there were no games. There was no vaccine. That was actually really hard. We had state by state models that incorporated a lot of data on the ground. Some years were profitable at the team level. Other years were around break even and other years we have massive cash losses. The values of the business, the intrinsic value, did not go down during COVID.
