How to Cook for Your Clients

The typical day would be I cook lunch and dinner for the client or the client in the family. Plus leftovers for meal prep for the week. And then I do four to five items of meal prep that they can eat throughout the week. So it could be three veggies, a dessert and a breakfast. It can be three proteins and two veg. It can been five desserts, whatever they want. But I know the food that can be in, you know, throughout the week,. Maybe I'll say eat these on Tuesday and then like a stew they could have on Thursday. Really just adjusting how the schedule works and everything becauseI'm sure like a lot of your clients are busy
