The Next Big Break Through in Analytics in Marketing?
There are no big break throughs in this fields. The autimation of our decisions is something that we're yet to develop. We always need a person to make a decision, even when we have basic analytics on place already. So wit as old sorce the decision about certain actions to analgarithm isn't working very well yet. And so far, i wouldn't trust people who say that they have developed fully altomated recommendation system because these things do not exist yet.
