The Relationship Between God and the Universe

Spinoza says God has the property of not this, so you can't say what God is. That's very weird to us because it seems like by basic logic, if you're saying God is not this, then you're giving him a positive. And we've already said God is unity; that's attributing a property to God. But he wants to say even that. Ultimately, all we know is that God is not plural.
