We're Not Good at the Strategy Level.

i doubt the chinese will be attacking an i doubt it, right? They might do it for their own reasons when they do it. But whatever happenedn cob won't know it. Our in america is more strategy problem than the tactics or the fighting. I mean, nobody i worked with in the us Government came to work in the morning soid, how can i screw this war up right?
