The Importance of Competition in the Financial Industry
The good news is being driven by consumer preference and it is pulled by the market need in which case many of the products out there are doing a better job at saving costs for consumers. In your case, it's good for small business too. I know you like that sort of barrier in entry but you're probably going to have competition as well. It's probably benefiting the businesses that there is that competition that enters in. More competition over time would mean those costs will keep coming down.
