Puton gos from being an authoritarian leader to a personalist dictator. He thought that he could do a special force's lightning attack to collapse the ukraniun Government in days, send the ucranians realing and shock the west. But as often happens with personalist dictators, they make a terrible mistake. They draw up utterly ridiculous war plan. And putins made lot of mistakes in the first few days. The West sort of collapsed on e european sort of indolence and corruption and brexes and a tram and aboutbidens age. In fact, hes revived the west.
