What's the Arabata?
Aribada is from the spanish word for arrival, and describes a synchronized mass nesting. The olive ritley and the camsritley do nest in those synchronised mass nestings which usually happen about once a month. It's all happening in one night, it's usually over the course of four to seven days. If you forget your back pack somewhere, there's a good chance that one of the females just gets stuck with her flipper and just like drags it down into the water. And itss they crawl over each other.
