The islamic state can pull off some occasional suicide bombings, assassinations. But these are a pin prick compared with the taloban experienced just prior to taking over the country on august fifteenth, two thousand and 21. Some fight weagers from china that used to be members of the turkestan islamic party. There's also indians and and ohers from south south and southeast asia. And have they shown any interest in attacks outside afghanistan? I think they're interested in conducting attacks outside of afghanistan, but i don't think they have the capacity to do so because they don't have safe haven.
