The Challenges of Working in a Tertiary Market
I always wanted to be the big fish in the small pond. It's a little easier to try things out when you don't have a lot of competition breathing down your neck. I like that I can kind of make these bold moves and get a chance to try them out. And if it falters, well, it falters. The challenges of it being smaller really in the hiring, both vendors and employees. I wish I had a bigger talent pool to pull from.
