Introduction

The share of Americans who say they value being involved in their community has sharply declined over the last several decades. The Biden School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware partner with the Stavros Niaroz Foundation in launching a new Civil Discourse Pilot Program in the fall of 2021. We also share ways to improve our productivity approaches so we can have more peace in our lives and be even more present for students.
