In the contracting world, or not a lot of times, it is essentially a bid on their services. So if Nat is hiring this podcast editor and then Joe Rogan comes in and says, Hey, I'll pay you like $200,000 per episode to edit my podcast,. We certainly can't afford to pay him that much. But he's fair game to get bid on, right? And it's great for the individual. That means they're going to get paid as much as they possibly can. If someone had hired that person as an employee and that employee was happy, they're not out searching for a job constantly, right? The still thing long term, the trend is
