When we fund a company, we are now working really closely with that company forever. And so you don't have that compassion for the people on the otr side of the table. Successful interviews show founders demonstrate mastery of their own business. Over confidence is not necessarily a great sign in an interview. If you are interviewed and not selected, we send in emals with some feedback about what we are most concerned about. But if you take that feedback and apply it to your next batch, they will be more likely to select you.
