Jerry Springer: A History of Politics
Jerry Springer is best known for his TV career, but he was also a lawyer who began his career in politics. Before he was the host of the Jerry Springer show, he was the mayor of Cincinnati from 1977 to 1978. He became a reporter on Cincinnati's NBC affiliate where he coined his signature catchphrase, take care of yourself and each other.
