District Attorney Barksdale says that some of the most compelling evidence was found on Amanda's cell phone. Justin Kenny believes another prosecution witness may have been coached, a jailhouse informant named Jack Falk. Falk had come forward three weeks before the medical examiner's report was released and claimed he knew things only Seth Perold could have told him. He also claimed that Seth said he had been giving Amanda painkillers all day, and that she was passed out at the time of her death.
