The Trend of Companies Taking a More Political Stand

I love your take on this notion of companies taking a more political stand, doing something that takes an issue. I don't believe it's a time where indifference is really an option with your employees because your employees are living with the news and the images that they're seeing every day. You have an obligation to address these issues with your team. Secondly, you have to make sure your own house is in order. And then two, we're using storytelling, but storytelling shouldn't be the default medium of getting engaging in a lot of these causes.
