These are very crude radar reflectors, designed to entice air defense missiles to come at them. They look like huge aircraft, and of course they're just small metal shapes. So it looks as if Russia's now using these radar reflectors around the Kirsch bridge. But I don't know if these balloons were used in conjunction with this, with the attack overnight.
