Papacy is not suited to being the parish priest of the world that's not its function. The papal magisterium isn't capable of supporting itself in a coherent way if it is addressing micro issues and a thousand individual conversations across the whole world. Do we need do we need to have a little more self restraint? WellYeah I think both actually the question of there are two questions right how should the pope conduct or behave. How ought I respond to the pope is not so much a question of prudence as it is genuinely a sort of question of revelation, he says.
