How to Be Present in the Moment

When I teach and we teach our primary students I think one of the bigger things is to teach our students are you know med students, primary students, empt students uh to be present and make sure they're actually thinking. So when I started doing this years ago Um, some people thought I was crazy. Oh, and I said I'm gonna start teaching my students to think You know be present about the the action of actually thinking um And it's sometimes hard to catch yourself but over the years that has helped Myself catch myself.
