Why Shouldn't I Use Libraries?

i would love to be able to develop my own programmes. That'd be absolute pleasure, because then i could do so many things. Ithing i find that with am coding in generalas i lan j s, if i take that out, what happens? If i had somethinn what happens? I wonder. One of my side projects with plugginsexactly is to start somewhere. But it's just like, wel what dall i use? And there are so many different options. So i kind of just have to throw myself in the deep end and hope for the best.
