The Office: Diversity Day

From the very beginning, it felt like the cast of the office had a group mind. I remember looking around that conference room and thinking, oh my god, if we can just get people to watch thi show, we're going to be a hit. The magic came from a combination of great writing and smart casting but i think it was also due to the fact that the original cast shared a lot of history with one another. And it was cametic lightning in a bottle. It's impossible to predict if a television show or movie project will be a success,. And with the first two seasons believing we could be cancelled at any moment. No one looked at this group of people and said
