Elon Musk is trying to take Twitter private after pulling out of the deal earlier this year. CNN's John Defterios says it was a perfectly rational move for him to go back in and try again. But now that markets are recovering, he may not be able to get all his financial backers on board as originally thought. And how will this affect advertising revenue stream at Twitter?
