The Importance of a Real Life Problem
My professor said that to finish my study, it was best to find somewhere a real life problem. So I wrote letters to all kinds of firms and asked them if they would have any problem in which to be interesting for someone with mathematics background to finish a study on. With my background, I was thinking, okay, later when I grow up, I will be working on a dairy factory. For now, I will have a look at this trading firm because this is something that I don't know yet anything about and it's good as an experience. This was a trading firm, a traditional agricultural commodity traders. They were crossing soybeans into soybean oil and soybean meal and so on
